We had a very difficult situation with our couch because of cat urine odor. I tried cleaning it myself three times, but nothing helped much. After the cleaning from Cleaning Lab, the situation improved dramatically and the smell is finally gone. Special thanks to Maxim for the amazing work. He was very polite, attentive, and professional. He listened carefully to all my comments, explained everything in advance, and really cared about the result. You can tell he takes his job seriously and pays attention to details. We had a 3 man crew come out, sent by Julia, to clean our ductless HVAC system, and they were excellent from start to finish. They thoroughly power washed both the outdoor and indoor units, taking their time to do it right and leaving everything noticeably cleaner. The difference was immediate. You can actually feel the improved airflow and freshness. With the summer heat around the corner, this could not have come at a better time. Professional, efficient, and respectful of the space. I recently used Cleaning Lab NYC to have our couch, rug, and recliner cleaned and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start they were quick and responsive with a quote and very reasonably priced compared to other companies I looked into. The technician Maxsim was incredibly kind and respectful, and did an outstanding job. While he was there he recommended depilling the sofa — I’m so glad I took his advice because it looks incredible. My children love to draw not only on paper, but also on my favorite armchair. I tried to remove the stains from pencils myself, but to no avail. Finally, I decided to contact a special cleaning service. I chose for a long time and decided to turn to the guys from Cleaning LAB. Since the price and appointment time totally worked for me. I was a little worried that the armchair could no longer be saved. But the guys did such a wonderful job that I was just in shock. My favorite armchair is unrecognizable. We recently moved into the house and took our rugs away with them, they did an amazing job. I was very glad that the carpet looks and smells great. Our sofa was also removed. I was so shocked to see the transformation of our sectional sofa, all the stains have disappeared, it looks completely NEW. They could adjust me to their schedule faster than any other company I contacted, he could answer any of my questions in as much detail as possible. Honestly didn’t realize how disgusting my mini-split was until they showed me the before photos. Three years of built-up mold and dust - all cleaned out in about 90 minutes. The tech was professional, explained everything, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. AC is blowing noticeably stronger now and the smell is completely gone. Cleaning LAB was very helpful in cleaning my sofa and loveseat. They also added a protective coating to make the furniture more stain-resistant moving forward. They are soooo nice and fast! My couch is always covered but when the water they used was removed it was sooo dirty but because of natural dust! Can’t say the same for my dining chairs since it’s been a while lol - but they are so clean and perfect now! I highly recommend and will be using the service every 6 months!
